To begin the process of making application to rent one of our properties, please take the following steps:

1. Open Form A - Rental Application Process. Print off and sign this form.
   
   
2. Open Form B - Rental Application. This is an online fillable form. Complete it online, then print and sign.
   
   
3. Open Form C - Credit Check. This is an online fillable form. Complete it online, then print and sign.

When you have completed all three forms, fax them to us at 503-722-1374.
