General Maintenance Issues
If you have a non-emergency maintenance issue that you would like us to address, we'd be happy to take care of it. To submit your request, please do the following:

Open our online maintenance request form by clicking here.

Complete the form online and submit it to us via Email. You should print and keep a copy for yourself for your records.
When we receive the form we will promptly review your request in detail, acknowledge receipt of your request, and then forward your request along to our maintenance team. Our maintenance team will contact you directly to schedule completion of the work. General maintenance requests will be viewed and processed weekdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requests received during the evenings or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Emergency Maintenance Issues
If you have a maintenance emergency, please dial our main office number at 503-321-5140 and select option 2. This will connect you immediately to our maintenance team, 24/7. If for some reason you are unable to reach our maintenance team, please take appropriate action to address the issue and/or limit damage to the property, even if this means contacting outside service providers. We will then reimburse you directly or make direct payment to the service provider.
(Example: If your toilet is flooding the house and you can't reach our maintenance team, turn off the water to the toilet, hire a plumber, and we'll pay for it!)
