To complete an application to rent one of our properties, please complete the following forms:

  • Form A:

  • Form B:
        Rental Application:
    		• This is an online fillable form. Complete the form online, then print it off and sign it.
  • Form C:
        Application Credit Check:
    		• This is an online fillable form. Complete the form online, then print it off and sign it.
  • Form D:
        Rental Fees Policy and Disclosure:
    		• Print off, complete, and sign this form.

    When you have completed all four forms A, B, C, and D, fax them to us at 503-321-5141
    or scan and email them to leasing@GridPropertyManagement.com.
