GPM has years of experience providing great rental housing for great tenants, and we'd love to have you join us!

We are working with neighbors and other landlords in the greater Portland Metropolitan Area to maintain the quality of all of our neighborhoods. We want to make sure that our tenants are good neighbors and do not use our rental homes for illegal activity. To this end, we have a thorough screening process. Please review our list of criteria.
