If your property is a single-family home or condo, our management fee is 10 percent of monthly collected rents.
If you have 2 to 4 units on a single site, our management fee is 9 percent.
If you have 5-10 units on a single site, our fee is 8 percent.
If you have 11-30 units on a single site, our fee is 7 percent.
