In this stage you will work with your Mortgage Broker and CPA to define your equity capital and debt capital strategy. You'll work with these other professionals to assess your supply of available liquid funds, identify equity in other investments that may be eligible for a possible 1031 exchange, and review the loan programs available for the income property you are interested in purchasing.
